EVALUATION
No two bodies
are alike, but each one has an ideal form. To ensure the
appropriate training for your
body, Raquel will evaluate you in the following areas to accumulate
the data needed in order to design a specific program to target
your specific
needs:
history of injury,
joint range of motion, body fat composition, current nutritional
habits, health and lifestyle are just some of the factors
information that she will need to design you a healthy program.
Once the data
has been gathered, Raquel will design a program based on your
current body needs as well as your fitness goals. This
individualized program will meet
your
specific corrective or performance exercise needs.
Raquel will personally guide you
through each specific stretch and exercise that has been developed
for you in order to help you obtain your goals.
She will check your progression
and will collect new data every 6-8 weeks in order to assess
improvements and deficits. She will then design a new program to
meet your current level of ability based on the findings.
In this
process evaluations
are crucial to your progression as the findings in these assessments
are the basis on which your specific program is created. As you
progress, your needs will change, thus making evaluations a valuable
and
necessary tool.
