Client Guidelines:

During the evaluation: male clients should wear shorts and female clients should wear sports-bra and shorts.  All other sessions, clients should wear comfortable workout clothing and athletic shoes, unless otherwise notified to wear something else.

Payment (check or cash) must be given at the time of the scheduling of the appointment to lock in your time. The appointment fee lock is the price of the package you are interested in.  Please contact Raquel for more information.

Cancellations:

There must be a 24 hour notice given for cancellations in order to not get charged for the session.
