Bio



Since 1996, Raquel Robles has been pursuing her passion for better living by educating herself the importance of how the body, the mind, the spirit and proper nutrition,
you can achieve your overall health and wellness.  

She believes in healing the body from within.  Her approach to optimal health is diet. How you think (what you "focus" on) about yourself. Lifestyle and stress. Rest and recovery. Strength and mobility. Combining these in order to achieve optimal balance especially as we get older. 

She was involved in working with the Twenty-nine Palms United States Marine Corp as the fitness trainer for the Semper-Fit program.  She assisted the United States Naval Hospital Physical Therapy division on overseeing the patients performance during the  physical rehabilitation process.  

Raquel has worked with a variety of people and different ages, from 8 years old  to 80  years young.  She believes that a health program should be informative, fun, yet effective and safe. 

Outside of work, Raquel enjoys photography, videography, mountain biking, surfing, hiking, rock climbing and spending a good amount of time in nature.
